Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Untrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Service Description

Untrade is an automated trading platform for Unturned (Steam AppID: 304930) items. We facilitate trades between users and our bot inventory using USD-based market pricing.

User Responsibilities

  • You must have a valid Steam account with a public inventory
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the platform
  • You must not use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
  • You must provide accurate trade URLs

Trade Process

When you initiate a trade, a Steam trade offer is sent to your account. You must accept the trade offer within the specified time limit.

  • Trade offers expire after 5 minutes if not accepted
  • Expired withdrawal trades may result in balance penalties
  • Item prices are based on Steam Community Market data and may change
  • All trades are final once completed

Pricing & Balance

Item prices are displayed in USD and derived from Steam Community Market data. Your account balance represents the value of items you have deposited. Balances are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not responsible for:

  • Steam API outages or delays
  • Item value fluctuations
  • Trade offer failures due to Steam issues
  • Lost items due to user error

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Terminated accounts may forfeit any remaining account balance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
